We hope this letter finds your family and yourself in good
health.
It has been six long months since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic. An unprecedented disruption of our lives needs all of us to adapt and cope. At the office (as an essential service), we have remained open throughout except from March 15, 2020 through May 11, 2020 which was emergencies only. I am very thankful to our Team Members for their hard work and dedication during these tough times.
Our goal is to ensure your safety. Strict infection control, frequent disinfection/sanitization, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, social distancing (expanding appointment times to distance between patents) are in place. Keeping safety as our top priority we are using, HEPA air filtration, hypochlorous fogging, UV light, and extra oral suction devices to minimize aerosols.
As we move forward together through this challenging time,
working from home, online schooling, facing uncertainty, I want to assure you
that the office will try to accommodate your needs as best we can. Our
community is strong and together we will prevail.
Appointments for both routine care and treatment are available. However, I anticipate a very acute shortage of appointments in November and December. Insurance benefits for most dental plans also do not roll over and are to be used by December 31st, 2020.
Please call if you wish to schedule and if we miss your call please text us at the same number 916-780-7676. The office can also be emailed at admin@myadvantagedentalcare.com with comments, questions, and concerns.
